In fact, the brain performs more efficiently when it feels relaxed and safe. Therefore, reducing stress during study sessions can significantly improve memory retention and understanding. Moreover, a calm state allows information to flow more naturally into long-term memory. From my perspective, this method reflects a smarter way of learning rather than a harder one.
